The following terms are TomLe.Studio's privacy policy for the app Receipt Assistant.

Identifying Purposes

The app requires user login to provide features within the app. The Personal Information including user nickname and user profile picture may requires to identify a user in a group of collaborative users. Users have all permissions and the right to choose if they want to connect with others.

Personal data

The app collects and stores user data solely for the app's features, which is managing receipts. Personal data will not be shared with any third party. Personal data is stored locally on the user's device and on Google cloud. All data is strictly secured for an individual access. The security service for accessing data is provided by Google cloud.

Ads

The app may show ads depending on the user configuration such as the user's subscription plan. The information which is needed to show ads is handled by the ads provider (we use Admob).

Consent

By using the app, you must agree with our security policy. Providing us with your personal information is always your choice.

Third-party

The app does not send user data to any third-party services nor use other third-party services. In the future, with the requirements of the product, we may use third-party services, such as cloud-based text recognization. In this case, you will be informed and you will be able to choose whether you want to use it or not. In the case of using a third-party service, data will be sent anonymously and only serve the purpose of the app.

Retention

User data is only used during your usage of the app. You have the option to permanently delete your account including all your data.
